All Flavor. No Bull.
Our sauce uses the freshest ingredients. Unlike other Peruvian peppers sauces that use eggs, soybean oil, and preservatives, our sauces are made up of at least 70% Aji pepper puree. This makes our sauces the healthier choice while giving you the most authentic and delicious flavor. We never use soybean oil, eggs, cornstarch, sugar or a 'vegetable mix' to fill our sauces.

Our sauces bring the perfect kick.
Aji Amarillo brings just the right amount of heat without setting off any fire alarms! Even our kiddos can handle it like champs.
Aji Verde kicks it up a notch but the Cilantro, Onion and Garlic balances it all out.
Aji Rojo is fiery! With a hint of vinegary tangy, it will put a flavor-punch on any dish.
Our sauce is all about keeping it fresh and real! Unlike some other Peruvian Aji sauces, loaded with eggs, soybean oil, and/or fillers, over 60% of ours is pure Aji Amarillo pepper goodness. That means you’re getting a healthier, more authentic, and seriously delicious sauce in every bottle. You can taste the difference!
Currently, we are only available to the US market. We ship to all lower 48 states, with additional options for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
